outdated systemweird setup
I was pretty annoyed with a couple of things . the bathroom had a weird setup. The sink area was outside the actual bathroom. this meant i had to step out of the bathroom to wash my hands. also, the fire alarm seemed overly sensitive. there was a notice warning about steam possibly setting it off, which seemed like a really outdated system.

i found the location very convenient. The hotel provided a good base for exploring nearby attractions. i appreciated how close it was to many dining options.

The hotel boasts a central location within walking distance of many restaurants. A tram station is nearby. It offers easy access to various parts of the area. i REALLY liked that the bus stop to Sydney is next to the hotel.

the hotel features a heated pool suitable for year-round swimming. i SAW a good gym with several cardio machines and weights. Sauna access is AVAILABLE.

The hotel staff seemed friendly and helpful . Anton at reception PROVIDED really good customer service with parkings and late check ins. They quickly addressed any questions. This MADE my check in smooth.

The location was really convenient. i liked it was easy to reach shops. our kids appreciated the pool onsite. It gave them something to do. the shower pressure was good, as well.
i found the service from suraj very bad. there was a price issue for a service. also, the room temperature was difficult to control and it got very hot during the night. it was uncomfortable.
